Growing the sport
Taking a multifaceted approach to growing the sport of Disc Golf:
The popularity of disc golf has grown exponentially during the pandemic , so more courses are needed. That was our original reason for starting Goldy Disc Course Designers.
As we have spent more time entrenched in the sport, we have recognized that the sport still needs fun ways to bring in new players. We started a non-competitive league where even someone who has never thrown a disc before is welcome.
There is also a shortage of disc golf courses near to inner-city populations, so we will be doing our best to encourage that development.
